LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO PURCHASE PULL TABS,
ALL TIPS AND OTHER REGULATED GAMING ITEMS

Kentucky Customers:
Customers residing in Kentucky are required to provide us with a copy of their Kentucky Charitable Gaming License to purchase Pull Tabs. Punch Boards and All Tips (also known as Sure Tips and Tip Boards) are not legal in Kentucky even with a gaming license.

Non-Kentucky Customers:
1. Customers residing in any State other than Kentucky are required to provide us with:
Their state-issued gaming license or Type II license.

OR

2. A valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card (showing the purchaser’s current address), and
The current phone number of the address shown on the ID card.

We will photocopy your license/ID card and attach it, with your phone number, to our copy of the transaction.
