Kentucky Customers:

By law, only organizations with a charitable gaming license can purchase pull tabs.  Please provide us with a copy of the license if we do not have it on file.  Please note that tip boards and punch boards are not legal in Kentucky even if you have a gaming license.

Non-Kentucky Customers:

Customers who reside in any State other than Kentucky are required to provide us with:

1. The charitable gaming license of the organization that will be using the product.  Please provide us with a copy of the license if we do not have it on file.

   

OR 

1. A valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card (showing the purchaser’s current address), and

2. The current phone number of the address shown on the ID card.
